Position

WebAmplifi is seeking talented Project Managers who have the ability to work with the growing team to manage complex IT projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and reporting on the current customer implementation projects.

Responsibilities

Defining the scope of the project with web developers and technical architects
Track the project development process from the functional requirements and quality adherence as per the client requirement
Maintain Client communication and make sure that the client’s expectations are met in the milestone deliveries
Help in getting day-to-day estimations from the technical team. Should be capable to review the estimations submitted by the productions team
Communicate and clarify the requirements to the development and testing teams. Coordinate closely with the teams to ensure the project is on track.
Performing basic level of acceptance testing

Experience

Demonstrated, significant experience in managing and delivering a diverse range of IT projects (web, saas, e-commerce, software, IT applications, and digital transformation)
Extensive experience in the application of Project Management principles, techniques, and common project delivery methodologies.
Knowledge of the SDLC and application development and support environments
Extensive experience in managing and delivering multiple IT projects in challenging and complex environments
Experience leading and managing teams, mentoring, and coaching.
Thorough knowledge of leading and managing projects using DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
Previous experience applying Agile Scrum practices to software projects.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Postgraduate qualifications in project management field and extensive relevant experience or equivalent
PMP certification is a desirable along with equivalent project management qualification
Profesional Scrum certification is desirable
